Terms of Service

These are the terms and conditions of buying custom or premade digital artworks from Ray, whether it be from the host site or other websites as linked below. If you are purchasing my artwork from a website or an account not linked below, contact me immediately as it is a repost and scam.

• 💫 Full payment must be ready and sent within 48 hours. Payment will be made via invoice from myself.
• 💫 I will only hold a slot for 48 hours. Failure to discuss payment or pay will result in the slot reopening.
• 💫 If payment is alternative to money, then it must be completed within three weeks. Can be subject to negotiation.
• 💫 Refund requests will not be accepted if it has not passed a month since original order date or if the commission has been completed.
• 💫 Requested refunds after a commission has been started will result in a refund up to 50% maximum of original payment.
• 💫 Failure to remember or read these terms will not be faulted on me.

• 💫 Should a charge back occur, all legal rights and ownership of your commission will return to me.
• 💫 By doing this, you understand you will be banned, blocked, and blacklisted from my clientele.
• 💫 Repeated slot claiming and ghosting or payment ghosting will also result in blocking, banning and blacklisting.

• 💫 You may not claim the credit of any of my artwork, purchased or not.
• 💫 Reposting my artwork is also not allowed unless discussed. Paid commissions may be reposted with proper credits.
• 💫 My artwork is not be used for commercial use unless discussed previously. Commercial work is subject to extra fees.
• 💫 Editing my artwork is strictly not allowed. If something minor needs to be changed after completion, please DM me.
• 💫 My artwork is not to be minted as an NFT or anything similar. It is not for discussion.

• 💫 I am under no obligation to accept you as a client. I will not sell to someone that has a bad history.
• 💫 I will not sell to anyone with an account of zero activity and / or younger than three months old.
• 💫 I am not obligated to agree to commercial use of anything I create ;
• 💫 Terms and conditions for commercial use will be individual per project and will be documented.
• 💫 I will not work with someone that is under 18 years of age regardless of commission type.
• 💫 Do not order anything that is meant to be 18+ when you or your characters are not of age.
• 💫 Even attempting to do so will result in immediate block, blacklist and ban.
